About the Role: 
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to conceptualize, develop and lead our partnership products. Our charter is to create growth opportunities through partnerships, with an end goal of creating and extracting value using an integrated HR, financial and people risk management suite of products. 
Essential Duties / Responsibilities 
•    Develop a scalable growth partner model, including customer development, strategy, definition, requirements, and implementation. 
•    Responsible for the full partner lifecycle – partner and business case development => product implementation => pilot & GTM => managing partner success critical metrics.
•    Partner with sales and strategy to prepare pitches and pursue opportunities ultimately closing partnership deals. Drive roadmap plans, functional specs, OKRs, sprint planning, and prioritization for our growth partner products. 
•    Work with vertical GMs, product leadership, marketing, engineering, business development, and legal teams to bring growth strategy to fruition. 
•    Be the go-to growth product leader, business development support, product marketer and maintain partner success and viability. 
•    Use data to grow and improve existing relationships to achieve their full potential. 
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
•    Minimum 5 years of partner facing product management experience in a high-growth organization.
•    2+ years of success in integrating and delivering mutually beneficial growth-oriented partnerships.
•    Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
•    Desire to wear different hats and assume responsibility for whatever needs to get done. 
•    A customer-centric approach to building product strategy and goals for opportunities from your partners and customers. 
•    Partnership implementation execution experience: Collaborating and leading teams directly and through dotted lines, partnering with engineers, UX designers, analysts, and business managers. 
•    (Bonus) Partnership deal execution capabilities: business case modeling, analysis and collaboration with business management and/or business development.
•    Excellent communication, written, organizational and presentation abilities. Proactive interpersonal skills to engage and work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
•    Knowledge of PEO and Human Resource products, services, and markets, as well as operations, cross-functional workflows, and interaction between the various company units, processes, and systems, a plus.
•    Microsoft Office Suite

Currently this role is remote. Future state may require a minimum of <20% travel and located out of a TriNet office.
