JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
As a key member of TriNet’s Talent Management team, the Senior Manager, Leadership Development will support managers and leaders by designing, managing, and facilitating leadership programs for TriNet. They will partner with business leaders, Managers and HR partners to deliver best-in-class, comprehensive leadership and management development education, experiences and exposure for our leaders. The successful person in this role will role will inspire managers to learn, lead, and grow their leadership acumen at TriNet. They will bring with them a proven track record in both leading others and designing, delivering, and managing learning & development programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts throughout the organization to analyze manager needs to develop instructional content and identify appropriate training methods.
• Design, build, and deliver focused development content and curriculum for TriNet managers & leaders
• Consult with business leaders and stakeholders to understand development needs, plan, and conduct training.
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify common / core knowledge gaps for managers and leaders within the organization.
• Drive awareness of available training and resources through creative campaigns and other internal processes.
• Measure the effectiveness and impact of training and learning solutions.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Talent Management team by identifying ways to continuously improve the learning process and enhance learning effectiveness.
• Design innovative strategies to enhance the core skills of managers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR, Organizational Behavior, Communications, Psychology or Business.
Training Requirements (experience, licenses, programs, or certificates):

Experience:
• 3 -5 years instructional design and learning and development program management experience in a corporate setting required
• 3+ years of experience in managing and leading a team
• Proven track record of successfully implementing talent related programs in a complex organization
• Working knowledge of Adult Learning Theory, instructional strategies and learning assessments
• Demonstrated ability to initiate critical talent & workforce strategies to support our key business goals
• Demonstrated performance in learning & development strategy, design and implementation
• Ability to establish strong presence and credibility with all levels of leadership
• Proven experience in the facilitation of development programs and courses in multiple modalities
• Ability to execute on multiple projects with extensive detail coordination and program management
• Exemplary written and verbal communication, influencing, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong work ethic and execution orientation. Ability to remain disciplined and detail-oriented while working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, interviewing, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT/OTHER INFORMATION (Travel required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, etc.)
• Up to 35% travel domestically
