The Senior Administrative Services Coordinator will provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers, resolving routine and non-routine issues. The individual will be responsible for effectively maintaining the assigned office location and ensuring that colleagues and visitors are able to effectively work in the location, while adhering to the standard operating procedures outlined by the Manager of Administrative Services.

• Ensure that the assigned office location is consistently well-maintained, that all resources are in working order and that colleagues are able to work effectively in the location.
• Maintain basic IT equipment and work with appropriate individuals to troubleshoot, as necessary. To include (but not limited to) copy machines, video conference, conference telephones, etc.
• Be point person for conference room calendar and work to ensure that colleagues maintain conference rooms.
• Assist in coordinating the following events: company-wide meetings and events, office-specific events, executive visits, etc.
• Order, receive and, maintain kitchen and office supplies (including name plates for cubicles).
• Greet visitors (i.e., vendors, clients, interviewees, executives, etc.).
• Receive, sort, and route mail, and maintain and route publications (including compliance posters).
• Assist TriNet HR with onboarding of new employees and off-boarding of terminated employees (on a limited basis).
• Assign and monitor security access cards for visitors and new hires.
• Maintain distribution lists for the office.
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) desired; or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience. 

Experience: At least one year in a similar or related role. 
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests/projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work with a team in order to complete projects efficiently.
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
• Ability to prioritize tasks and monitor progress with regards to your roles and responsibilities
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and email.
• Proficient in using intranets and internet for business applications desired.
• Ability to use software to create presentations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organization skills and typing ability.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment to stay on course with job duties.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/OTHER INFORMATION (Travel required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, etc.)
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear, and light physical lifting. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
