The Credit Risk Analyst will take part in managing the credit portfolio for TriNet, while understanding Credit Risk, Financial exposure, and Business requirements/Needs. 

•    Perform credit reviews for new / existing standalone customers in accordance with Credit Policy 
•    Research credit applications by gathering credit references, Dun & Bradstreet reports, and other available credit reports. Make independent decisions regarding credit limits and funding process.
•    Completes financial reviews that involve a complete credit and risk analysis, including gathering, analyzing, and interpreting all types of credit and risk information on existing clients
•    Communicates with Clients and/or Internal customer facing associates to assist with customer inquiries, problem resolution, and to obtain necessary information for risk assessments. 
•    Manages portfolio of customers through credit monitoring, bankruptcy identifications, cash flow issues, and negative news monitoring.
•    Contribute information to the reporting process for the overall corporate risk function
•    Perform customer review and analysis to focus on portfolio performance and ongoing risk strategy
•    Supports management team by generating and providing statistical reporting on credit portfolio.
•    Works with appropriate supervisors, analysts, and specialists to identify, research, document and suggest improvements of existing processes and department workflow.
•    Assists Management with any ad-hoc reporting requests and/or any on-going projects.
•    Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.

Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): 
•    Certified Credit Risk Analyst preferred 
•    Certified Treasury Professional Preferred

•    Minimum 7 years related experience
•    Knowledge and experience with credit reporting agencies such as S&P, D&B, and Credit Risk Monitor
•    Knowledge of using collection and credit modules a plus
•    Strong accounting knowledge and financial analysis skills
•    Advanced Level – Microsoft Office Excel Skills
