JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
The Field Operations Representative supports TriNet sales consultants to engage with prospective clients to explain TriNet’s document portal to collect information needed for TriNet to determine service pricing. The Field Operations Representative answers questions from prospective clients about data to be collected and conducts a quality review of information and forms received through TriNet’s secure portal. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Manage assigned workload as determined by their Supervisor 
•    Provide written or verbal responses to prospective client inquiries and sales colleagues
•    Explains forms, data collection needs and provides portal navigation assistance via written or verbal communications to prospective clients
•    Conducts a quality audit of collected forms and information to determine any missing or incomplete items


JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent customer service experience

Experience: 1 - 2 years of customer service support

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
•    Ability to use technology and common software and web applications, including Microsoft office demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
•    Prior Salesforce.com experience preferred 

WORK ENVIRONMENT/OTHER INFORMATION (Travel required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, etc.)
•    Sitting for long periods of time is necessary
•    Work in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office setting with moderate noise level
