As a member of TriNet’s Talent Management Team, the Organizational Development 
Manager will report to the Executive Director of Talent & Organizational Development and be responsible for managing the day to day program management of organizational development solutions including employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, performance management, leadership assessments and other organizational culture efforts. This Manager will be expected to partner closely with key stakeholders to drive the organizational development efforts across TriNet using thought leadership, grounded research, and industry best practices. As a subject matter expert in the above areas, this role will serve as a key resource to the overall Talent Management organization, helping to drive a culture of engagement and inclusion needed to deliver on TriNet’s ongoing strategic success. 


• Manage the end-to-end program/project management of the annual engagement survey including the development of strategy, program design, implementation, reporting and communications. Support cross line of business partners with roll-out, results interpretation, additional analysis/presentations and action planning to ensure the organization is a ‘best in class’ place to work in every aspect of the organization. Help establish and provide thought leadership and direction to a community of practice.
• Develop and manage the enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion strategy. Implement an impactful, sustainable approach to creating and supporting a diverse and inclusive culture. Leverage external research, best practices and organizational needs analyses to inform decisions.
• Support the day to day management of the Performance Management cycle throughout the year. This includes working with partners to continually ensure the process is simple and impactful, while always improving with the end goal of driving business impact.
• Research, recommend, and implement psychometric assessments including the administration of multi-rater feedback and other leadership assessments (e.g., personality) to enable ongoing professional development. Report on data trends, external benchmarks and development recommendations.
• Provide consultative support to partners in various areas, when needed, such as the creation and implementation of ad-hoc surveys and competency modeling.
• Create, deliver and facilitate development programs, as needed, depending on the schedule and resource needs required. Facilitation capabilities must be in both traditional classroom and virtual settings.
• Manage key stakeholders and vendors while coordinating organizational wide talent related efforts.

• A Master’s Degree, MBA or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or similar discipline with 5 years of progressive HR/OD experience.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing talent related programs in a complex organization.
• Project management experience with demonstrated ability to plan and monitor the delivery of projects, anticipate appropriate resources, ensure quality, professional work and maintain high standards.
• Knowledge of statistics and assessment interpretation. B-level or higher qualification preferred in order to purchase and administer assessments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to quickly establish and maintain credibility with audiences at all levels.
• Customer/client focused, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members across functions and business/functional groups.
• Strong work ethic and execution orientation. Ability to remain disciplined and detail-oriented while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze significant amounts of data, identify themes, and translate the ‘story’ in a relatable way.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
• Is intellectually curious and demonstrates learning agility.
• Excel and Power Point proficiency required.
• Active affiliation with respective human resources networks/organizations preferred (e.g. SIOP); Certifications a plus.

• Travel could be up to 10-15% domestically.
