JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
   The Learning Consultant is responsible for the assessment, design, delivery, and ongoing learning and development program across multi-functional teams to support TriNet’s operational excellence.  The Learning Consultant Analyst ensures appropriate training solutions are provided to enable efficient and effective execution of key business initiatives.  This individual is responsible for fostering close relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to ensure program and project success. The Learning Consultant will manage content, identify & assesses learning goals, track progress towards meeting goals, and collect & present data to evaluate the learning process, design and facilitate content for internal programs and coordinate training and other logistical Learning and Development activities. The Learning Consultant will serve as a consultant, coach, and resource to leaders in addressing team development needs and deliver learning through various formats including classroom, virtual, and eLearning.
                                                                                                      

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Coordination of activities including alignment with subject matter experts and other Talent Management team members to ensure project completion on time and schedule and availability to target audience
•    Coordination, development, and administration of pre-and post-training activities, including testing, certification, and coaching/reinforcement efforts in support of development – level 2 ROI.
•    Coordination of classroom and webinar activities and training programs for a specific audience, vertical, exchange or skill
•    Schedule and coordinate training classes to ensure training transfer by identified timelines
•    Utilize adult learning principles and training philosophies to ensure utilization of a variety of vehicles which leads to increased knowledge retention
•    Develop or select teaching aids, such as training workbooks, participant guides, infographics, videos, hands on e-learning tutorials and reference materials
•    Support the tracking and communication of training initiatives
•    Ensure all levels are trained to meet or exceed established performance standards
•    Confer with SMEs to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies
•    Build and maintain effective business relationships with SMEs and teams throughout the organization
•    Develop programs or job aids that support the business needs while meeting deadlines
•    Maintain expert knowledge of training programs and systems usage
•    Personal development and accomplishment of appropriate departmental goals
•    Ensure all materials are current via applicable internal business collaboration
•    Support best practice theory regarding systems and processes, ensuring high quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with all TriNet’, federal, state and local regulations
•    Recommend and develop solutions to improve any findings from all customer data sources 
•    Leads and coordinates service projects and activities to ensure continuous quality improvement initiatives via training initiatives
•    Identify training or process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations
•    Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
•    Apply TriNet standards to develop deliverables that are compliant with the TriNet style guide and branding
•    Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): 
•    ATD, DDI, industry training certifications preferred
•    Instructional design principles including assessment, development and measurement, preferred
•    Project Management skills a plus
Experience: 
•    Prefer minimum 3-6 years’ experience of facilitation of adult learning
•    Development of training programs based on needs assessment results or identified service opportunity preferred
•    Proven expertise using instructional methods and training techniques, including curriculum design principles and blended learning strategies
•    Experience managing multiple projects under tight time constraints
•    Excellent training skills, including dynamic and professional communication and presentation capabilities, both virtual and in person
•    Experience working in a HR Outsourcing/PEO environment a plus
•    Customer Service experience required
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/O365

•    Creative thinker with the ability to rapidly understand the business objectives and present solutions

•    Knowledge of adult learning principles including how to successfully train and present
•    Ability to apply creative training techniques to enhance training comprehension and experience of trainees
•    Strong time management and organizational skills
•    Ability to communicate technical information
•    Knowledge in researching training subjects and applying appropriate methods and materials to meet specific needs of trainees
•    Ability to develop a variety of training programs via a variety of deployment vehicles
•    Ability to initiate process improvements
•    Must be detail oriented 
•    Considerable skills in process improvement/business transformation, customer service, communication, leadership, problem solving, team building, and consensus abilities
•    Experience with design, development and execution of learning/training programs rooted in Adult Learning principles
•    Ability to quickly learn new, complex technologies and concepts
•    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
•    Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a timely and efficient manner
•    Ability to complete statistical analysis of data, identify trends and recommend solutions to improve conformance to quality requirements.
•    Ability to effectively meet customer needs, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction  
•    Ability to maintain effectiveness and professionalism when experiencing change in work tasks and/or the work environment 
•    Ability to work well under pressure and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT/OTHER INFORMATION (Travel required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, etc.)
•    Travel required – 40% 
•    Sitting/standing for long periods of time is necessary
•    Moderate noise level

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
For applicants in the state of Colorado, the salary range for this role is $51,600 to $68,900. A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, and experience. A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
