The Intern, Financial Reporting reports to the Financial Reporting – Senior Accounting Analyst and is responsible for assisting with the financial reporting for the Company. This individual will play a in preparing the quarterly reporting requirements. Additionally, the individual will ensure timely and accurate compliance with SEC regulations and will assist the other Accounting teams as needed, to ensure a broad experience of multiple accounting functions. 


•    Preparation of the Form 10-Q for the Company’s quarterly SEC filing. 
•    Prepare work papers to support compliance with government and other regulators. 
•    Partner closely with other business areas in the completion of financial reports including, but not limited to Treasury, Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and Investor Relations, as part of the reporting process. 
•    Provide supporting materials for the team’s regular updates to senior leadership and work cross-functionally on external financial reports.
•    Assist with the reconciliation projects for the Revenue Accounting team.
•    Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.

•    Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics.


•    Previous Accounting/Finance experience a plus
