TriNet is looking for an Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager to fuel our demand funnel. In this role you will be responsible for the overall strategy, development, execution and optimization of our integrated account based marketing campaigns. With a focus on lead acquisition, you will collaborate with executive stakeholders and Sales leaders to ensure campaigns are aligned and delivering against our goals. This individual will work to continually innovate and improve the lead generation strategy using email campaigns, direct mail, social, content syndication, and list buys.

  • Conceptualize, plan and execute highly effective and innovative campaigns that drive lead acquisition.
  • Implement account based marketing strategies, create audience segmentations and profiles that will drive campaign strategies
  • Work cross functionally with product marketing, sales, marketing ops, content and creative team members on campaign strategy, manage reqular check ins, program calibration and 4 quarter planning.
  • Optimize the buyer’s journey from evaluation to conversion, ensuring best in class experience. Uncover what motivates various personas to evaluate and purchase across their lifecycle, guided by data-driven insights.
  • Propose and manage agencies in the development of content assets for use in campaigns, continuous optimization of message, persona and buying cycle
  • Create campaign briefs that communicate the purpose and goals of the campaign, drive the implementation through project plans and deliver quality programs on-time and on budget.
  • Manage lead acquisition, nurture and follow-up; collaborate with MDR, SDR and Sales teams to ensure strong follow-through on sourced leads.
  • Track program results, measure program success, and report metrics via SFDC. Present  findings, actionable insights and recommended improvements to stakeholders and sales teams.
  • Help grow our database and deepen our relationship with current prospects through a broad range of lead nurture campaigns


  • 8+ years experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in a Demand Generation or Integrated Marketing role.
  • Strong background in campaign development and marketing program execution required. Including lists segmentation, campaign design and reporting.
  • Experience in optimizing marketing programs based on performance data, feedback from sales and understanding of the business
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and flawless execution.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com reports and Eloqua capabilities
  • Experience building collaborative relations with Sales team
  • Creative thinker, self-starter, able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage deliverables from other stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes on time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • BA / BS in Marketing or equivalent working experience, Masters a plus.
