As Director of Talent Acquisition for Sales, you will be instrumental in developing and aligning Talent Acquisition strategy and delivery to ensure TriNet’s growth trajectory is accomplished. This is a leadership role and requires equal parts intellect, persistence, ambition and empathy.



Leading the Team
Inspire, motivate and lead the Sales talent acquisition team of approximately 10 team members to ensure team commitments, performance standards of excellence and overall Sales hiring needs are met.

Lead and manage performance of the team for clarity of expectations, near-term results, longer-term bench strength and overall job engagement and satisfaction.

Model effective collaboration with Sales leaders, HR business partners & other Support teams to achieve needed team alignment and shared vision of success.


Providing Vision
Partner closely with senior Sales leadership team to proactively understand talent needs, organization strategy and develop the supporting plans for Talent Acquisition execution.


Solution Orientation with Impact & Influence
Participate in planning and forecasting hiring trends & requirements; proactively identify and resolve risks.

Evaluate, both short- and long-term business growth needs, using data to influence, in order to direct capacity and resource planning effectively.


Development & Optimization of the Talent Funnel
Lead the team in the identification, engagement, attraction, nurturing and education of the right talent for the Sales organization.

Enhance TriNet’s Talent Brand by proactively sharing and marketing TriNet’s Incredible story and Employee Value Proposition (EVP.)

Build strategy to develop talent pipelines for critical roles.

Use leading and lagging metrics to assess strength of the funnel (candidates at top of funnel, conversion rates, CSAT/NPS, etc.)

Determine best process and approach to 'manage the funnel' - continually attracting, engaging, nurturing and educating candidates for TriNet Sales hiring needs.

Drive adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing & hiring practices across business units to facilitate talent acquisition productivity and predictable quality.

Identify and leverage best practices and technology to drive quality hiring decisions and Candidate and Hiring Manager experience.

Partner closely with internal teams (TA Enablement, Branding, Talent Management, Compensation, Legal, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure proper risk management and compliance requirements are upheld.


Incredible You
BA/BS + 12+ years of relevant & progressive experience leading a global and/or distributed Talent Acquisition function.

Advanced problem solving skills to address complexity of role; you must have an in-depth understanding of the Talent Acquisition function and quickly develop the same for TriNet’s Sales organization.

Proven track record of influencing and navigating organizational boundaries and building strong partnerships with all levels of stakeholders (Manager to Leadership including CRO) to produce results.

A personal brand of leadership that speaks to inspirational qualities of driving for excellence, solution orientated, being an active listener and engaging communicator.

A track record of building organizational capability and expertise through selecting and developing high performing team members.

Talent Acquisition technology acumen and appetite to apply technology for gains in hiring quality (e.g. Assessment tools) and for marketing/pipeline building (e.g. social media and nurturing platforms.)

Acumen in 'evidence-based', data driven management of the Talent Acquisition function.
Highly analytical with a keen eye for the detail and the data.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/OTHER INFORMATION
(Travel required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, etc.)
Travel will be required to support remote teams and attend Sales Business meetings and other meetings as business demands require.
