The Human Capital Associate, is responsible for delivering an outstanding client experience. They serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for TriNet clients for core HR matters, including benefits, WC, new employee orientations, open enrollment meetings, and other human capital-related inquiries. Human Capital Associates address client escalations and serve as the inter-department liaison to bring forth accelerated resolutions.

• Complete in-market and new client/location on-boarding’s, employee orientation services, benefit strategy consultation services, re-price initiatives, and on-demand services to clients within assigned book of business. Support out of market client/location on-boarding’s as business needs dictate.
• Provide inbound service delivery by answering first line client calls related to human capital/client service questions and needs.
• Provide administrative/operations support which includes but not limited to compliance notices such as WTPA, RIFs, Client Service Metrics Data, Service Orders, Client Status Changes, HR101 materials, HR Insight Business Intelligence Data, Census and other HR Reporting, Policy Uploads/Changes, Client System Termination Updates and Notices, and Handbook / Policy Comparisons.
• Serve as client advocate within TriNet to identify and resolve or escalate (as needed), product and service issues detracting from an optimal client experience.
• Utilize TriNet’s service model, templates, resources, and product suite in accordance with company guidelines, standards, and processes to ensure quality and compliance.
• Ensure proper triage and escalation and effective resolution of complicated human capital issues and challenging client interactions and expands capabilities by escalating to subject matter experts.
• Builds capabilities and expands human resource knowledge, and experience, by participating in professional development, training and mentoring opportunities.
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.

Education: College degree preferred or minimum of 3 years of Payroll, Insurance, and HR experience.

Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):
• PHR preferred.

• Minimum 1year of Human Resources Generalist and/or Specialist experience required.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Top notch customer service skills.
• Knowledge in payroll, benefits and compliance management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently resolve issues.
• Ability to link business need to human capital programs and operational services.
• Knowledge of and ability to explain and provide guidance on clients’ payroll, benefits, reporting and best practices in HR operations.
• Knowledge and strong understanding of TriNet’s practices, policies, processes, systems capabilities and limitations.
• Ability to work well within a team in an office.
• Ability to gain the cooperation of others in pursuit of company goals.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/OTHER INFORMATION (Travel required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, etc.)
• Local travel required 50% of the time.
• Work in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office setting.
