ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performs administration (provisioning, de-provisioning, account monitoring, access reviews and authentication support) of the Identity and Access Management lifecycle across all enterprise systems.
• Elicits and manages business, user (stakeholder)requirements for the ongoing configuration, support, upgrades, and new development
• Defines and documents the business and system requirements and acceptance criteria when custom development is needed for IAM technology components such as user interfaces (screen, and GUI designs), reports, data conversions, interfaces to other applications, (including customizations to and interfaces between applications), exception handling, security and other non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, system availability, etc.).
• Participates in the deployment of interfaces between the directory, source and target systems.
• Partners with application developers and IT administrators to on-board new applications and systems into the Identity and Access Management platform.
• Actively monitors identity controls and participate in periodic risk assessments to identify compliance issues
• Collaborates with technology and business partners across functions/processes to ensure alignment, understanding and ongoing communication on Identity and Access Management controls, IT risk management and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Makes recommendations and assist in the implementation of changes to strengthen processes, procedures and compliance resulting in enhanced Identity and Access Management practices.
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical /Electronic Engineering desired, or equivalent education and/or related work experience.
Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):
• ISC2 – CISSP, CAP, and/or SSCP preferred
• ISACA – CISA, CISM preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience performing identity lifecycle administration.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Cyber Security
• Identity Management experience in one or more of the following areas:
o Access Certification
o Provisioning/De-Provisioning
o Application On-Boarding
o Single Sign-on
o Identity Federation
o Privileged Access Management
o Multi-Factor Authentication
• Experience with role-based access control, access requests and certifications.
• Experience with requirements management using Agile methods is a plus
• Ability to display strong analytical and critical thinking skills; intellectual rigor and curiosity; problem-solving capability without getting flustered
• Ability to explain ideas and technical terms clearly and concisely
• Skilled facilitator capable of planning and running requirements workshops across diverse cross-functional teams that may be in remote locations
• Ability to work independently to resolve issues and in a team-office environment and in remote as needed; to communicate professionally across many organizational levels and functions driving business engagement and teamwork; to effectively build rapport with stakeholders
• Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
• Strong knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment laws
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
